A little bit of back story from the bride:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Chase and I met after college a few times through mutual friends at random events. One day he had tickets to a Garth Brooks concert, and none of his friends could go, which eventually led to him inviting me. The rest was history!! A few years later on a trip to visit Chase’s family for the holidays, he convinced me to go on a hike to a beautiful waterfall before our scheduled pictures with his family. Once we got to the waterfall, Chase proposed, and we celebrated together with champagne by the base of the mountain. Later on, I was surprised to find out that he had called all of my loved ones in, including my best friend, to share the excitement with us! I’ve never in my life felt more loved or valued than I did by Chase and all of our family and friends on that day.

Q: What was your color palette?

A: Our colors were navy, charcoal, burgundy, and blush. We really wanted something that was rustic but refined! Chase is the country boy to my city girl, so we worked to blend both of our styles. We just wanted it to feel really “us.”

Advice from the bride: Trust your gut! Everything won’t be perfect, but make decisions that feel right for you and your husband!

The bride’s favorite moment: Our private last dance. Hands down. It was so nice to be able to slow everything down at the end of the night and have one moment with just the two of us to soak it all in!
